  • 2 oz Hennessy Cognac
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz Giffard Orgeat Almond Syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • Lime Peel for garnish

Method
In a cocktail shaker filled with Ice, pour in the cognac, lime juice, syrup and bitters. Shake well and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lime peel and enjoy!
