El Diablo


This mid-century classic combines tequila with crème de cassis (a sweet blackcurrant liqueur), lime juice and ginger.
  • 1 1/2 oz Hornitos Reposado Tequila
  • 1/2 oz Jacquins Creme de Cassis
  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice
  • 3 oz Fever Tree Ginger Beer
  • Lime Wedge for garnish

Method
In a shaker filled with Ice, add the tequila, creme de cassis and lime juice. Shake well until chilled.  Strain into a glass over fresh ice and top with the ginger beer. Add lime wedge for garnish. Enjoy!
