  • 1/2 oz St.Germain
  • 4 oz Bele Casel Prosecco
  • 1 oz Canada Dry Club Soda
  • 1 sprig mint 
  • Mint & Lemon wedge for garnish
Germain Spritz

Method
Add St. Germain and mint sprig into a wine glass. Gently muddle and let sit for a few minutes. Add ice, then top with the prosecco and club soda. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with mint and lemon wedge. Enjoy!
