Miami Vice

2 oz Bacardi Silver Rum
1 cup Strawberries
1 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Stirrings Simple Syrup
2 oz Bacardi Coconut Rum
1 1/2 oz Cream of Coconut
2 oz Pineapple Juice
Pineapple Chunks
2 cups of Ice
Umbrella & Maraschino Cherry

Method

In a blender, add the Rum, Strawberries, Lime Juice, and Simple Syrup.
Add 1 cup of crushed Ice and blend until smooth. Pour into Hurricane and rinse out the blender.
Add Coconut Rum, Cream of Coconut and Pineapple Juice to the blender. Add 1 cup of crushed Ice and Blend until smooth. Pour into Hurricane Glass creating a layering effect. Garnish with Pineapple chunk, Cherry and Umbrella. Enjoy!
