A Negroni is a classic cocktail, made of equal parts gin, vermouth rosso, and Campari, commonly garnished with an orange slice or orange peel. It is considered an apéritif. 
  • 3/4 oz Highclere Castle Gin
  • 3/4 oz Campari
  • 3/4 oz Martini & Rossi Sweet Vermouth
  • Orange Peel
  • Ice

Method
Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add the gin, campari and vermouth. Stir well and garnish with orange slice. Enjoy!
