Painkiller


A twist on the Piña Colada, the Painkiller is a rich and fruity cocktail. Originally created int he 1970's at the Soggy Dollar Bar in the British Virgin Islands.  
  • 2 oz Wray & Nephew Overproof Rum
  • 4 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 3/4 oz Orange Juice
  • 1 oz Cream of Coconut
  • Grated Nutmeg and Pineapple slice for garnish

Method
Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker without ice and shake well, making sure to fully shake in the cream of coconut. Strain into glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple slice and fresh nutmeg. Enjoy!
