Partridge in a Pear Tree


Elegant and refreshing! Perfect Christmas brunch or dinner party cocktail.
  • 2 oz Absolut Pear Vodka
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • LaMarca Prosecco
  • Rosemary and Pear slice for garnish
Partridge in a Pear Tree

Method
Place a pear slice in a tall champagne flute. Combine the Absolute pear vodka, fresh lemon juice and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain in the glass until it is half full. Top with bubbles and garnish with a rosemary sprig. Enjoy!
