Peach Bellini


This sparkling cocktail is fruity, refreshing, and perfect for brunch!
  • 2 oz Peach Puree (instructions listed below)
  • 4 oz Ca'Furlan Prosecco
  • Peach slices and mint for garnish

Method
For peach puree: About 4, peeled, pitted, and sliced. Or use thawed out frozen peaches instead.

Puree the peaches in a blender until smooth. Pour the peach puree into a glass and top with prosecco. Garnish with a peach slice and a sprig of fresh mint. Enjoy!
