Pursued by Bear is the winemaking project of Kyle MacLachlan (actor famous for his roles in Twin Peaks, Dune, and Portlandia to name a few). Kyle and winemaker Eric Durham were inspired by the classic Bandol rosés of Provence and created Blushing Bear in 2008.
The Blushing Bear Rosé is bone-dry, balanced, textured, vibrant, super crisp, and medium bodied. The fresh palate bursts with flavors of strawberry, cherry, white peach, guava, grapefruit, melon, spice, and a hint of orange peel. Pair with vegtable skewers, shellfish, chicken sausages, and summer salads.
